Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548AI, MIR4642, and PMM2P2. Each is linked with TXN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXN2-to-partner and partner-to-TXN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548AI grouped by TXN2-low versus TXN2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
