Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TXLNB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TXLNB data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher TXLNB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TXLNB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
TGCT, BRCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where TXLNB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
