Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXLNA RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,646 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TXLNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTN, UBR4, and FRAS1. Each is linked with TXLNA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXLNA-to-partner and partner-to-TXLNA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTN grouped by TXLNA-low versus TXLNA-high in LGG.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXLNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXLNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
