Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXLNA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,605 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXLNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB2, ZBTB8OS, and KPNA6. Each is linked with TXLNA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXLNA-to-partner and partner-to-TXLNA results are reported.
