TXLNA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TXLNA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXLNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOCOS, ST8SIA3, and KRTAP5-6. Each is linked with TXLNA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXLNA-to-partner and partner-to-TXLNA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOCOS grouped by TXLNA-low versus TXLNA-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXLNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXLNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
