TWIST2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TWIST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,891 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TWIST2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are F13A1, SEC23A, and P3H3. Each is linked with TWIST2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWIST2-to-partner and partner-to-TWIST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TWIST2 versus F13A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TWIST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TWIST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
