Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TWIST2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TWIST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MC2R, RNU4-56P, and TRAJ11. Each is linked with TWIST2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWIST2-to-partner and partner-to-TWIST2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MC2R grouped by TWIST2-low versus TWIST2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TWIST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TWIST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
