The most reproducible TWIST2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular transport of virus, Transport of virus, and Response to transforming growth factor beta. Each is linked with TWIST2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWIST2-to-partner and partner-to-TWIST2 results are reported.
