Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TWF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TWF2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TWF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TWF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where TWF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
