TWF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TWF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,581 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TWF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHO2, DPYD, and ARPC5. Each is linked with TWF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWF2-to-partner and partner-to-TWF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TWF2 versus PLEKHO2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TWF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TWF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
