Across TCGA cell cohorts, TWF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,433 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TWF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microvillus length, Actin filament depolymerization, and Protein depolymerization. Each is linked with TWF2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWF2-to-partner and partner-to-TWF2 results are reported.
