Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TVP23C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TVP23C data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TVP23C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TVP23C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and LUAD are the cancer types where TVP23C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
