Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TVP23BP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TVP23BP2 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TVP23BP2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TVP23BP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where TVP23BP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
