Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TVP23BP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,660 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TVP23BP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STK10, PCDH12, and CD63. Each is linked with TVP23BP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TVP23BP2-to-partner and partner-to-TVP23BP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TVP23BP2 versus STK10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TVP23BP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TVP23BP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
