Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,049 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3I, HS2ST1, and SRSF12. Each is linked with TUT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUT4-to-partner and partner-to-TUT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUT4 versus EIF3I in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
