TUT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,808 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEDD8-MDP1, PAPLN, and EIF5A. Each is linked with TUT4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUT4-to-partner and partner-to-TUT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEDD8-MDP1 grouped by TUT4-low versus TUT4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
