Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,287 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUT4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Heterochromatin organization, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with TUT4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUT4-to-partner and partner-to-TUT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic grouped by TUT4-low versus TUT4-high in BONE.
