TUT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,344 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNX3, MEN1, and INTS5. Each is linked with TUT1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUT1-to-partner and partner-to-TUT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUT1 versus PCNX3 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
