Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,178 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with TUT1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUT1-to-partner and partner-to-TUT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by TUT1-low versus TUT1-high in BONE.
