TUSC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUSC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,711 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUSC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RGS3, CCAR2, and CNOT7. Each is linked with TUSC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUSC3-to-partner and partner-to-TUSC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUSC3 versus RGS3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUSC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUSC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
