Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUSC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,630 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUSC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP188, GPER1, and SLIT3. Each is linked with TUSC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUSC3-to-partner and partner-to-TUSC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP188 grouped by TUSC3-low versus TUSC3-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUSC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUSC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
