TUSC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUSC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUSC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, OR2M4, and HES3. Each is linked with TUSC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUSC3-to-partner and partner-to-TUSC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by TUSC3-low versus TUSC3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUSC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUSC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
