Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TUSC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TUSC2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TUSC2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TUSC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where TUSC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
