Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUSC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,021 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUSC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKMY2, PRDX4, and CRELD2. Each is linked with TUSC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUSC2-to-partner and partner-to-TUSC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUSC2 versus ANKMY2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
