Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUSC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,066 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4446, PIGM, and MPHOSPH9. Each is linked with TUSC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUSC2-to-partner and partner-to-TUSC2 results are reported.
