TUSC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUSC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,129 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUSC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUSC1_S153, PLAA, and MTAP. Each is linked with TUSC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUSC1-to-partner and partner-to-TUSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
