Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUSC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,861 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01239, MTMR9, and SMU1. Each is linked with TUSC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUSC1-to-partner and partner-to-TUSC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
