TUSC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUSC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,715 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAA, DSEL, and MLF1. Each is linked with TUSC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUSC1-to-partner and partner-to-TUSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
