TUSC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUSC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPVL3, SEL1L2, and ZNF479. Each is linked with TUSC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUSC1-to-partner and partner-to-TUSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
