TULP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TULP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,063 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TULP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID1B, SCAF8, and SCAF8_S617. Each is linked with TULP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP4-to-partner and partner-to-TULP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TULP4 versus ARID1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TULP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TULP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
