Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TULP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 898 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TULP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7-DT, SNRNP70, and FBXW12. Each is linked with TULP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP4-to-partner and partner-to-TULP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TULP4 versus SEPTIN7-DT in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TULP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TULP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
