Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TULP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,115 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TULP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP1B, MAPK1, and YWHAE. Each is linked with TULP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP4-to-partner and partner-to-TULP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LARP1B grouped by TULP4-low versus TULP4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TULP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TULP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
