TULP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TULP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 401 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TULP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL18, BHLHE23, and RAB28. Each is linked with TULP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP4-to-partner and partner-to-TULP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL18 grouped by TULP4-low versus TULP4-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TULP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TULP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
