Across TCGA patient cohorts, TULP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,213 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TULP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL440P, RPL21P50, and GAS2L1P1. Each is linked with TULP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP2-to-partner and partner-to-TULP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL440P grouped by TULP2-low versus TULP2-high in COAD.
