TUFT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUFT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUFT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1266, LINC01022, and WHAMM. Each is linked with TUFT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUFT1-to-partner and partner-to-TUFT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1266 grouped by TUFT1-low versus TUFT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUFT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUFT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
