Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUFM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,085 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUFM-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2A1, LOX, and IL18R1. Each is linked with TUFM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUFM-to-partner and partner-to-TUFM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUFM versus BCL2A1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUFM→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUFM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
