TUFM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUFM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 352 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUFM-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10AF1P, WBP1LP6, and SFMBT1. Each is linked with TUFM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUFM-to-partner and partner-to-TUFM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10AF1P grouped by TUFM-low versus TUFM-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUFM→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUFM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
