Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUFM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUFM-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, MSH2, and MSH6. Each is linked with TUFM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUFM-to-partner and partner-to-TUFM results are reported.
