Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUFM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,098 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUFM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Mitochondrial ribosome assembly, and Ribosome assembly. Each is linked with TUFM in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUFM-to-partner and partner-to-TUFM results are reported.
