Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TUBGCP6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TUBGCP6 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher TUBGCP6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TUBGCP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

LSCC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TUBGCP6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
