Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBGCP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,378 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBGCP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSFY1, MTA2, and SAP18. Each is linked with TUBGCP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBGCP4-to-partner and partner-to-TUBGCP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSFY1 grouped by TUBGCP4-low versus TUBGCP4-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBGCP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBGCP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
