Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUBGCP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,234 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBGCP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule nucleation, Chromosome segregation, and Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with TUBGCP4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBGCP4-to-partner and partner-to-TUBGCP4 results are reported.
