TUBGCP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUBGCP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBGCP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, TEX55, and MT1B. Each is linked with TUBGCP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBGCP4-to-partner and partner-to-TUBGCP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GML grouped by TUBGCP4-low versus TUBGCP4-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBGCP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBGCP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
