TUBGCP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBGCP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,836 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBGCP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFDP1, PCID2, and CDC16. Each is linked with TUBGCP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBGCP3-to-partner and partner-to-TUBGCP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP3 versus TFDP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBGCP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBGCP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
