Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUBGCP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,786 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBGCP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, Post-transcriptional tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, and DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with TUBGCP3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBGCP3-to-partner and partner-to-TUBGCP3 results are reported.
