TUBGCP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBGCP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,338 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBGCP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCMBP, GLRX3, and TIAL1. Each is linked with TUBGCP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBGCP2-to-partner and partner-to-TUBGCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP2 versus MCMBP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBGCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBGCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
