Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBGCP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,535 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBGCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP3, TEX30, and TFDP1. Each is linked with TUBGCP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBGCP2-to-partner and partner-to-TUBGCP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP2 versus TUBGCP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBGCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBGCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
