TUBGCP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBGCP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBGCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, p62 Lck ligand, and PI3K-p85. Each is linked with TUBGCP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBGCP2-to-partner and partner-to-TUBGCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by TUBGCP2-low versus TUBGCP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBGCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBGCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
