Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUBGCP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,678 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBGCP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and DNA replication proofreading. Each is linked with TUBGCP2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBGCP2-to-partner and partner-to-TUBGCP2 results are reported.
