TUBG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,004 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, DNAJC7, and GINS3. Each is linked with TUBG1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBG1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBG1 versus SMC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
